Hey my new friends!
Make sure you check that out after reading this post, you piggy tails!
Oh God......
.......What if that's lame.....
Am I the only that finds it funny..??
SO! Anyway! Today I want you to know that I really am enjoying writing this blog. I found myself checking the inbox every ten minutes, just to see if anyone read it. There was one person from the US, one from the UK and one from Germany actually visited. I don't even know whether they were just passing by, not even knowing this blog is called Sara's Wonderland. Who cares?! I was happy. I suddenly felt that I could become Sara Shakespeare, writing the best artwork of all time.
There were 30/33 visitors were from HK, that really makes me wonder if they are actually MYSELF. I mean, I would be happy if other Hongkongers read it, for sure. But I mean I would be even happier if people from else where read it. Either way, Way To Go Sara!
Yea, just a bar of Bueno and honey pear tea.
In fact, that's gonna make me fatter, is it??
Another thing that I want you guys to know is, remember I bought a magazine? I don't read magazine a lot besides my Time. I bought that travel magazine was mainly because I want to have some new ideas, go out my comfort zone to tell you/ promote the other side of HK. Not only shopping paradise, it also has tons of fun here. Honestly, there are so many fun stuff that I find Brand New about HK when I boringly flip over the magazine. Like I don't know there are so many exhibition that you can go for free, as long as you've got the time and interest. Let's take a look at some of them that I find interesting there. :)
There is a really awesome park along the Victoria Harbour here, where you can admire the beauty of HK, esp. at night. Here says you can learn to take those Night Movement Pictures with people who have common interest. And there are university students leading tours to tell you the stories behind every statue there. Pretty artistic! With the fabulous Harbour background? Where can you get besides The Pearl of The East?
The below pictures say there is a book exhibition in an old factory building! I know many states in the US has long been doing the same thing, putting more energy into factory buildings. But HK? It's something's just got started. It says you can find good books like $10-$50, pretty good deals? The thing that I really want from there is the rubber stamps! It has names on it! It's the oldest thing and like the old saying goes: useless. However, I don't see them a lot. You gotta know that I have pen friends and some other friends now living overseas that I would send packages to them from time to time. I am the old style, I like handmade writing and ink. Thus, I always keep an eye on cute/ special stationary. And I really don't see these stamps a lot around! The magazine says the books are that cheap? I hope the stamps are not super pricey.
And there are more cute stuff that I find. Like there are 1:1 Iron Man, Captain American and Thor model for the promotion of The Avengers in a shopping mall somewhere.
You can be a volunteer to pick up the rubbish in our amazing coastal country park.(Only if you have a diving license, not me :( )
There are much more fun stuff that you may like about HK from the magazine. I think I will post some more later, I just have enough for today.
Oh! One last thing for today. My photography expert friend just invited my to go with her for a photo taking activity after my exam! It's for some cosplayers, and she reminded me that would be like super hot? I DON"T CARE!!! I AM SUPER EXCITED ABOUT IT~~~~ Whew~~~ I've got a cool friend~ I can learn from her~ I can do anything for her~ Just please don't be a mean teacher~
Today reminder: Give your beloved ones a hug and then tell them 'I am the best ____ you ever have!'
Love, S.
